We discuss with you about your needs, creating a simple brief to help our designers understand what you want. This only takes a few minutes. We will focus on capturing your style and required specifications, whether your project is on the simple-side or very complex. Our professionals can handle it!
What can I get designed?
Pretty much anything! Our professional designers can create logos, branding, websites, packaging and more.
How long does it take
For simple tasks we have a quick turnaround, but large projects can take longer, sometimes requiring 3-6 weeks.
How much does it cost?
All of our design categories have flexible pricing to match every budget.

Can I request edits?
Of course! We don't stop until you are happy with your project. If every effort has been made and you aren't satisfied, we will refund your money.
Does the designer use stock art?
If you do not want any stock art used within your design, just declare this as we are putting together your design brief. Doing this ensures that our designers have the right expectations when beginning the design process. If you want to use any stock art, it is your responsibility to let us know from the outset and to purchase any third-party elements of your choosing. This will ensure that you have proper ownership of the stock art that's being used within your design.
If our designer uses stock art in a design, they will:● Declare any stock images using the "licensed content declaration."● Use the watermarked versions of those images in their design previews before your final approval.
Once you have approved your final design, you will need to purchase the stock art and provide it so the design can be completed and delivered.
APPROVE: Finalize your design!
Once you’re happy with your design we will release payment to the designer and deliver your production ready files for print and digital. Copyright and ownership is all yours!
What files should I receive?
If you need files for digital use then you need JPG, GIF or PNG files in RGB color mode. But if you’re getting designs printed then you’ll need PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign files in CMYK color mode.
